Sig Guy Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended for ALL orders. Packages that are insured are 100% covered by either USPS or Sig Guy, LLC from loss or damage.

If you do not purchase shipping insurance though us here only $100 shipping insurance is included with your order and is paid directly by USPS. If your package's value is greater than $100 USPS will only cover up to $100. You will have to submit a claim on the USPS website on the claims page. 

If you purchase shipping insurance through sigguy.com we take care of the claim process. Once USPS confirms the package is lost we will sed a replacement. This process takes a few days as USPS isn't ever in a hurry. Your patience will be required. 

Shipping insurance should be purchased for the order TOTAL. If you purchase a lesser amount of insurance only that amount will be covered. Insurance protects your package from Sig Guy, LLC to the shipping address you provide. If your package is lost or damaged from our location to your location then it is covered by shipping insurance.

 Shipping insurance DOES NOT cover theft once delivered to the shipping address you provided. It is YOUR responsibility to insure the delivery location is a secure location. If the location is a public location such as an office building or apartment complex we recommend adding signature required. If you want this option please leave a message on the checkout screen.
