Return Policy

  • If we sent you an item not on your invoice we will ship the correct item immediately. We will also include a return label with packaging so the incorrect item can be returned to us. Do not open or install any incorrect items. Please contact us immediately using the "Message us" website feature so we can get this taken care of immediately.
  • All "refunds" are in the form of store credit. Store credit will be applied to the account used when the order was placed. All store credit appears on the checkout page as a "payment method" as well as in your profile which can be accessed by clicking on the icon in the top right homepage corner.
  • All returns need to include a RMA# so you will need to contact us FIRST. Returns that do not include a RMA # will not be accepted and you will need to pay return shipping if you want the item(s) back.
  • Our returns policy is only valid for 30 days from the delivered date. After 30 days we can’t accept any return for that order. Make sure you received of the items you ordered immediately after delivery.
  • Only discussed items will be eligible for a refund. Any additional items included in the return that were not previously discussed will not be eligible for store credit. You will have to pay for return shipping if you want those additional items back.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They MUST also be in the original undamaged packaging. SIG Sauer FACROTY parts or any products in factory sealed packaging that has been cut/ripped open can not be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not do exchanges as that practice really messes up inventory numbers. If the return is accepted the cost of the product will be applied to your sigguy.com account in the form of store credit
  • Any item not in its original condition, packaging is damaged/missing, product is damaged, missing parts, shows signs of installation or shows signs of use can not be fully reimbursed. If an item is returned in this condition only a partial store credit for the product can be issued.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include RMA# in the packaging. All returns must include tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned products. Please provide us with tracking information. It is your responsibility to track your return.

Canceled Orders

A canceled order fee of 4% will be applied to any order cancelled after it has been submitted, unless the cancellation is due to a confirmed error on our part. Orders that have been fulfilled but have not shipped yet may incur a higher cancellation fee due to packaging and label material waste. Customers should be aware that a canceled order fee of 4% will be charged if an order is canceled after submission, except in cases of confirmed errors on our end.

Item(s) Missing / Incorrect item(s)

Should you receive a product other than what you ordered or discover a missing item, rest assured we will promptly resolve the issue. Please send us a photo of the incorrect item(s) to prevent any future discrepancies. Please send pics using the "message us" website feature.

We video each packaged order. If an item is missing, please confirm it did not fall out while opening. Tiny items are typically affixed to the included packing slip. Be thorough in checking packages with packing peanuts to prevent accidental product loss.

Lost Package

The very first step is to determine if the package is actually lost. All packages are tracked by USPS via GPS. USPS will be able to tell you within feet where your package is or was delivered to. It is very common for tracking to indicate packages were delivered only to have them actually delivered at a later date. We recommend contacting your local post office immediately for assistance as they will have questions only you can answer. Do not wait as the chances of recovering lost shipments decrease the longer you wait.


If your local USPS representative states the package is lost please contact us so we can file a claim with USPS. For whatever reason USPS like to tell you to contact us and have us send a replacement. That is not how this works. USPS was paid to perform a service therefore they are responsible for that service not Sig Guy, LLC. The claim process is necessary for several reasons. The majority of instances a claim is submitted the "lost" package miraculously reappears and is delivered. In the even the claim process verifies the package is lost the following process will apply.


Shipping insurance protects your package from Sig Guy, LLC to the shipping address you provided. If your package is lost from our location to your location then it is covered by shipping insurance. Shipping insurance DOES NOT cover theft once delivered to the shipping address you provided. It is YOUR responsibility to insure the delivery location is a secure location. If the location is a public location such as an office building we recommend adding signature required. If you want this option please leave a message on the checkout screen.


1.You DIDN’T purchase additional shipping insurance through sigguy.com:
All packages shipped via USPS automatically include $100 shipping insurance paid by USPS. They will reimburse for loss up to $100 or the value of your order whichever is the smaller amount. The shipping charge on your order is paid to USPS to provide shipping. Sig Guy, LLC is not the shipper. USPS is the shipper and is responsible for all packages once they take possession of them.

2.You DID purchase shipping insurance through sigguy.com:
We will ship replacements for all lost items AFTER the claim process is completed and it is verified in writing by USPS that the package is in fact lost. Replacement(s) will be sent not store credit. The only time store credit will be issued is if a particular item is out of stock.

Package Delayed / Stuck /Stopped Moving

USPS is the sole company capable of addressing this matter as they are the shipper and possess the package. It is advisable to reach out to your LOCAL post office for support. Providing them with the tracking information will enable them to offer a delivery status update. USPS is the exclusive company that can provide assistance for this matter.

Package Returned To Sender

We recommend contacting your local post office immediately to see if a delivery attempt has actually been attempted. It's common that tracking status doesn't truly reflect the actual status of your delivery. If it's determined that they do still have your package arrangements will need to be made for redelivery or for you to go to your local post office facility and pick it up.

We ship all orders to the address supplied by the customer. If a package is being returned to sender its because there is insufficient or incorrect shipping address information that was provided by you. If the local post office can't find where you live then according to them the address you supplied must be incorrect. If the address is correct it is up to you to ensure your local post office knows how to get to your location.

In some cases when customers are typing in their shipping information their web browser auto-fill feature inserts an incorrect address. Make sure you verify the correct address was provided before submitting your order.

Once a return package is received store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the product(s). Shipping is not reimbursed. If you want the product(s) a new order will have to be submitted and shipping paid for again.

Package Shipped To Wrong Address

Once your order is placed you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Make sure the shipping information is correct. This information is provided to us by YOU. We have no idea if the address provided is correct, incorrect or incomplete as we do not know what your address is.

You will also receive a shipping notification right after the shipping label is created. Again you will need to verify if the shipping address is correct. If the shipping address is incorrect you need to notify us IMMEDIATELY so that the shipping address can be manually changed and a new shipping label is created.

Once USPS picks up our outgoing packages there is nothing we can do to prevent it from being delivered to the incorrect provided address other than the 3 following options.

1. You can place another order immediately and we will get that right out to you so there's no delay. If the incorrectly addressed package gets returned to us store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the products. Shipping costs are not refunded.

2. Wait and see if the package with the incorrect provided address gets returned to us. Once it gets returned store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the products. A new order will need to be submitted if you still want the products as shipping will need to be paid for again. Triple check the provided shipping address is correct.

3. A package intercept can be initiated. For a fee , USPS Package Intercept® lets the sender or recipient stop delivery or redirect a package that is not out for delivery or already delivered. Most domestic mailings with a tracking or extra services barcode are eligible for Package Intercept. You can only request a Package Intercept online using the following link to USPS's website.

Defective Product / Warranty Issue

If the product you received doesn’t fit properly or is defective you need to contact the manufacturer directly. We understand this might be inconvenient but every time there has been an issue it was resolved very quickly. Every company we work with has excellent customer service. If they didn't we wouldn't be working with and promoting their products. This process is the same for every company we work with. This is their policy not ours.

They are the experts on that particular product and their engineers are the best people to be able to trouble shoot the issue. The manufacturers want to handle these cases directly as their might be a problem with the manufacturing process that they need to be aware of.

It doesn't make sense for us to send a replacement part that is exactly the same as it will most likely have the same issue as the one you received. The manufacturer will also have questions only YOU can answer. This is why they need to communicate directly with you.

Please visit the manufacturer’s website for their contact information. If you have ANY issues with any manufacture regarding a warranty or defective product please contact us immediately so we can assist. 

Signature Required / No Signature Required

We add signature required to all orders over $250. This is for both yours and ours protection. If you are not available during the delivery to sign for the package we recommend contacting your local USPS to ask them to  hold it for you at the post office. This way you can go in at your earliest convenience and sign for it. 

You can request we do not add signature required to any order. By doing so YOU assume all responsibility of the shipping and delivery of your order. We can not verify your high value order was delivered to you without a delivery signature so that responsibility now belongs to you. If you are not available to sign for a package we recommend having it held at your local post office so you can sign for it there.

International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.

If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

FFL Transfer Policy

PLEASE READ OUR FIREARM PURCHASE PROCEDURE BELOW

STEP 1:
Add product to your cart and check out. Select "FFL TRANSFER FEE" as shipping method. This is a one time fee that covers shipping and handling of the serialized product to your local FFL. DO NOT combine other parts/upgrades/tools with serialized products/firearms. If you want to order upgrades please complete a separate order. Other FFLs so not want to be responsible for a box full of non serialized miscellaneous items. Failure to do this will result in the order being canceled and you will need to resubmit you order again.

STEP 2:
Fill out and submit the "FFL Transfer Form" HERE. This will provide us with the necessary information to contact, verify and ship your purchase to your local FFL.

 STEP 3:
Once we contact your local FFL, receive their FFL certificate and verify through the ATF that they are a legitimate FFL will ship your purchase to them. We will enclose a copy of your completed transfer form as well as other necessary documents so your local FFL can contact you when your item arrives. We will also send you tracking information so you are in the loop. You will need to complete a background check (Form 4473) when you pick up your purchase at your local FFL. All serialized products are shipped priority 2 day and are insured. Please know your local laws. Not all products are approved in all states.
