1. IF YOU ARE USING VPN we recommend disabling it just during the checkout process. Our fraud prevention software uses geo location data for verification purposes. Using a VPN provides false location data which WILL flag your order as possible fraud. Orders that are flagged will be delayed due to the verification process that will have to take place before your order ships. We will have to contact you via email using the email address: sigguy.contact@gmail.com to perform the verification procedure. It is not spam. It is much easier and quicker of you disable your VPN just during the checkout process.

2. Shipping times are calculated by USPS NOT Sig Guy, LLC. If your package arrives later than estimated you will need to contact them regarding compensation. We recommend planning on 2-3 extra days for a realistic delivery date.

3. If you forget to add an item(s) to your order you will have to submit a new order as its not possible to add to orders once submitted.

4. If your order total is greater than $100 we highly recommend adding Sig Guy Shipping Insurance.
