ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final as indicated before the checkout page as well as on the checkout page when you submitted your order. We are not a "try before you buy" type of business. Prior to the checkout page as well as on the checkout it is also stated that it is YOUR responsibility to ensure the products you are ordering are correct for YOUR firearm as there is no way we know which model forearm you are purchasing for. The return process below only applies to products where there is fitment or manufacturing issue with that the manufacturer themselves are not responsible for or its a Sig Guy product. After contacting us if your return fits in that category the return policy below applies. Again we do not accept returns because you ordered an incorrect product for your firearm or you simply do not want the product anymore because it is not what you expected.

  • Returns can not be accepted 7 days after tracking shows it was delivered as these products are restocked and we do not have the space for excess inventory. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please verify the correct product(s) were received immediately after they were received.

  • If the product is uninstalled and still in its original new condition TO INCLUDE ORIGONAL PACKAGING it can be returned. However if the product has been installed or shows any signs of installation marks or the packaging has been damaged we can not accept it back for a refund. SEE PICS BELOW!!! To repeat, if the product shows ANY signs of installation or the packaging has been damaged we can not accept it back for a refund. If a product has been returned in this condition you will need to pay for return shipping if you want the item back. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Items in a sealed package that have been ripped or cut open can not be returned as we have no way to repackage these items. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • A 20% restocking fee and a 4% credit card processing fee will be applied if your return is accepted.

  • ALL returns need to include RMA# so you will need to contact us first. Returns that do not include RMA # will not be accepted and you will need to pay return shipping if you want the item(s) back. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • ALL returns must include tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please provide us with tracking information. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We do not do "exchanges". NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need a different product you can either wait until you receive the refund or you can order it immediately and it will ship as soon as possible.

  • Items that are damaged during return is your problem. Please make sure returns are packaged sufficiently so that the contents are not damaged during shipping.

  • If you agree to these terms please mail your return to the address below.

Once we get the product back and inspect it we will issue a refund if the product and the original packaging is still in new uninstalled condition. A 20% restocking fee and a 4% credit card processing fee will be applied if your return is accepted. If the product is NOT in new condition we can not accept the return and issue a refund. You will need to pay for return shipping if you want the product(s) returned. Refunds will be applied to the payment method you used when purchasing the product. Please allow 7-10 days for the transaction to complete. Please do not contact us asking when can you expect to receive your refund. The length of time this process takes is entirely up to the banks and has nothing to do with Sig Guy, LLC

Below are pictures of some returns that we received that "have not been installed and are in PERFECT condition" or so we were told by the customer. This is the reason we are so reluctant to accept returns. These customers either had to pay for return shipping or we threw these in the trash with no refund. All items sold on sigguy.com are purchased by us directly from the manufacturer. We have money invested in these products. We can not afford to give refunds for damaged product that we can not resell and get our investment back. Items that are damaged need to be paid for by the person that damaged them not Sig Guy, LLC. When people receive products they are meticulously scrutinized as they should be. Nobody wants parts that look used that they paid full price for. For this reason it is absolutely imperative that all return products are in brand new condition. Thank you for your understanding.
